Shipping policy

We do our utmost to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Below you will find detailed information about our shipping procedures:

Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time & Delivery
Our customers generally receive their products within 5-10 business days, depending on the destination and chosen shipping method.
In exceptional cases, such as busy holiday seasons or unforeseen delays with the shipping carrier, delivery may take slightly longer.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and total weight of the order.
We offer our customers free shipping on all orders.

International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping. MELPHORA is currently only available to customers in the Netherlands & Belgium.

Shipping Partners
We work with reliable shipping partners such as Post NL & BPost to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time.

Track Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code so you can track your package.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@melphora.com
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days with photos of the damage so we can work together on a solution.
